Your browser has been hijacked. Don't open any of the daft pop-ups. Run an adware scan to see what is trying to run your browser and look on google for a suitable remover.
Try System restore or an ad-aware removal tool
Im not going to reccomend any particular brand but you can find loads in Windows Market Place
Good luck

you might have programs or scripts running with your pc when you start it up.
go to start %26gt; run %26gt; type msconfig
select the startup tab
then uncheck all and press apply.
and restart,
then download adaware from lavasoft from download.com
and do a spyware scan.
you need to wipe your computer completely coz you most likely have a virus so wiping your computer and reinstalling your programs (ie windows etc) it is probably the best thing to do to solve your problem coz that's what i did and my computer has been fine since.
I have asked many computer geeks about this. I have had the same problem myself. Go to download.com and search for Ad-Aware and download that. It works wonders! I also use AVG Free edition from the same site. Make sure you run these programs at least once a week. More if you are visiting sites that may pose a security risk. Good Luck!
